Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Motion Plus.



Under certain circumstances (see below) we offer refund and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind, unless the product develops a fault.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

1. If Motion Plus had sent the incorrect item

If we have dispatched the incorrect item this must be notified to us within 15 days of receipt of the item and, if required, the item will need to be dispatched back to us within another 15 days (30 days total for the return). In this situation a returns label will be provided so there will be no additional cost. Please use the above process to contact us.

2. If the purchased item is faulty or damaged upon receipt

If the item has been received damaged or found to be faulty, if required, the item will need to be dispatched back to us within 30 days. DO NOT use the product if you suspect it to be damaged or faulty. In this situation a returns label will be provided so there will be no additional cost.
Please note that when the item is received back with us, it will be checked and if found to be not damaged or faulty, the cost of the return postage may be withheld from the refund that is issued. Please use the above process to contact us.

3. If the purchased item develops a fault

If the purchased item develops a fault, please use the above process to contact us as soon as possible. DO NOT continue to use the product if you suspect it to be faulty. When contacting us include as much information as possible, including purchase date and order number as well as a description of the issue.

4. If the correct item has been received

If the purchased item delivered is the correct item and not damaged or faulty, but you still wish to return the item (remorse return), this must be notified to us within 15 days of receipt of the item and the item will need to be dispatched back to us within another 15 days (30 days total for the return). In this situation a returns label will be provided so there will be no additional cost. Please use the above process to contact us. However, outside of the 30 days, the return postage will be at the customers cost.
For a remorse return, the item must be returned:
(a) Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
(b) In the original packaging.

Exempt Goods

Sale items - Can only be returned/refunded provided they are being returned for a reason other than that for which they were on sale.
Customized or Personalised products - Cannot be returned unless there is damage or a defect is identified upon receipt.
Specially Ordered Items - Items that have been specially ordered by request cannot be returned. These items will have been identified as special order items prior to dispatch.
Gift cards - Cannot be returned.

Exchanges

If possible, we will always replace/exchange damaged or faulty items. If we are unable to replace the item then a refund will be issued.

Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
In the case of a rejection you will be informed of the reasons for this at which point you will have the opportunity to question the decision.
Once approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. We will process this refund within 48hrs and depending on the payment method can take up to 5 working days to appear back in the account.
If you do not receive an agreed refund, first check your bank account again after 5 working days. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us by e-mail or by phone (see above).

Shipping Returns

Please do not send a product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to us, either using a returns label provided by us or to an address supplied by us.
If you are responsible for the cost of returning an item (see above) please consider using a tracked service as Motion Plus cannot be held responsible for a non-received returned item and will not be able to issue a refund under these circumstances.
